Enjoy traditional Greek hospitality and the relaxing beach life of Kefalonia in our family owned apartments. Enjoy your holiday in one of the 8 self catered apartments on just 400 metres from the beautiful Xi Beach. Unwind by the fresh water pool and enjoy the home made breakfast with daily made fresh sweets or the BBQ with authentic Greek dishes accompanied by homemade wine from our own vineyard.
Our studios can accommodate 2 or 3 persons, our apartments offer room to 2 to 6 persons and our villas can accommodate from 2 up to 10 persons. You will feel at home in our apartments with kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player and veranda or terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and your favorite book. To stay in touch with your loved ones back home, we have free Wi-Fi in all the apartments. Of course Zest @ Xi beach also has a free parking space for your convenience and there is a car rental within walking distance that makes it easy for you to discover the island.

Zest@xibeach Complex
A safe summer destination during Covid-19
Zest@xibeach complex is a small accommodation unit located on a 4.000 square meters area with 8 separate, independent apartments. All 5 apartments, 2 studios and 1 villa which form zest@xibeach complex provide a separate, independent entrance that leads to open outdoor spaces. There are no indoor shared corridors something that makes accommodation safe since there is no close contact among the tenants.
Also, zest@xibeach complex has 2 swimming pools at 50-meter distance in between. This provides higher safety to the tenants and minimizes the risk due to the fact that overcrowding is avoided, there is sufficient space between the sun loungers and tenants are able to use two separate swimming pool areas.
Additionally, Kefalonia island is a very safe destination to spend your summer holidays because no cases of Covid-19 have been recorded. Kefalonia is quite a big island with numerous small and long beaches which means that even during high touristic season there is no overcrowding. Characteristically, Xi beach is mentioned which is just 400 meters away from zest@xibeach complex and has only a small organised area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas at the tourists’ disposal. The rest of the beach area (aprox. 2 km) is free and available to the tourists to enjoy their swim without being overcrowded even during high touristic season.

Health Protocol for Covid-19
Housekeeping
- It is recommended that the frequent cleaning of rooms during the stay of guests should be avoided (this is for housekeeping staff to avoid coming in contact with possible cases and to prevent further transmission) and only carried out upon request of guests.
- It is recommended that the change of sheets, pillowcases and towels should only be carried out upon request of guests.
- Instead of using the air-conditioning system it is recommended that the doors and windows of all rooms should be opened daily for natural ventilation.
Breakfast
- In order to minimize the risk of spreading and further transmission of Covid-19, breakfast will be served in guests rooms without extra charge, complying with all the hygiene measures and the health protocol for Covid-19.
