The apartments with one bedroom are on the 1st floor in which 2-4 people can stay. They have a big sitting-living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, w/c and a veranda. Also there is wi-fi, TV, DVD, satellite, oven, cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, boiler, toaster, coffee maker, AC (in all rooms) and a parking lot at the front of the complex.
Our rooms are equipped with new extra-wide and more comfy double beds.
Zest @ xi beach is wonderfully located, on just 400 metres from the beautiful Xi beach. The area is a lovely valley near the beach that is the southern area of Paliki province, 6 km from Lixouri town or ‘Little Paris’ as locals call it.

The huge Xi beach is known for its beauty that you can’t find anywhere else. It is well known for its reddish sand and its natural clay all over the cliffs, so many people enjoy both swimming in the nice clear blue water of the Ionian sea and the skin-healing benefits of clay with a cleansing, reinvigorating clay treatment. Xi beach is very long so you can enjoy your swimming either being alone, without many people around you, or in the more bustling side of the beach which is full of sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There, you can delight in good food, snacks and cold drinks. Also, lots of water sports and sea games are available for young people as well as adults. Xi beach is 2 kilometres long and its shape is like Xi ( ξ ) a letter of the Greek alphabet, after which the beach was named.
